To the attention of the One-with-One™ Master Coach

The Parent Guide is designed to “educate” the parents of the children participating in the program with some of the background considerations in the game of soccer and some of the great advantages that our game can give.

It is likely that a significant percentage of the parents will not have played soccer and may only have a limited knowledge of the game. The Parent Guide partners the Kick Start Activity pages so that the program you conduct and your influence continues long after your part of the program is complete.

There are two main ways of presenting the Guide to the parents.

1. You or your organization can print it out and give it to the parents on the first day (this makes you and your organization look well-organized and on top of things).
2. Almost as good – perhaps even better – is to send the Parent Guide by Email either before the start of the program or after the first session.

The same can be done with the Activity Pages so that you keep the program going away from your formal, and I’m sure very exciting and fun, sessions.

The Activity Pages and the Parent Guide are works-in-progress. Any suggestions for improvements and additional pages will be much appreciated.
